Expertise area includes: nucleic acid investigation techniques, epigenetic mechanisms in the gene expression regulation, viral/plasmidial genome manipulation, bioinformatics.
Research interests:(1)Studies regarding the involvement of HPV infection in viral and host chromatin remodeling; (2) Deciphering the role of epigenetic mechanisms in oncogenesis; (3) Investigation of epigenetic changes in male infertility
Additional research interests are: genomic investigation/identification of new biomarkers and regulatory elements in myeloproliferative neoplasms; circulating dynamics of SARS-CoV-2 variants.
