Research interests: (1) serosurveillance studies for HIV in the risk groups (prison; IDU; (2) Testing and evaluation of HBV and HCV genotypes/viral isolates circulating in Romania; (3) serology biomarkers by ELISA method for viral epidemics (West Nile); (4) assessment of the efficacy of national vaccination campaigns.
Additional research interests are: humoral and cellular immune response following COVID-19 vaccination and natural infection.
