Mirela Antonela Mihaila is senior researcher II, department Center of Immunology; graduate of the Faculty of Chemistry, Biochemistry specialization, University of Bucharest in 1995, PhD in Chemistry from 2005. Postdoctoral scientist SPD-BIOTECH in 2013.
Areas of research: immunochemistry, cellular and tumoral immunology, molecular biology, tumor markers, tumor progression, immunotherapy.
Main activities and responsibilities: cell cultures; proliferative and cytotoxicity activities assays; immunochemical techniques; cellular viability, cytotoxicity assays; western blot; real-time cell analysis; intracellular signal transduction techniques; molecular biology techniques.
Scientific activity results were published in 4 chapter in international books, 36 articles in national and international professional journals, international (108) and national scientific events (129) and patents (2). The research abilities and good experience were acumulated in 38 research international and national projects (project manager or intern collaborator).
