Vivian Roman is IVN’s Legal Entity Appointed Representative (LEAR) (PIC: 986262439) for EU funded projects. Scientist in the field of cancer research with expertise in flow cytometry, targeted immunotherapy, signal transduction, cellular and molecular diagnostic, background in cellular and molecular immunology and immunochemistry.
Research interests: immunotherapy, tumor biology; tumor immunology, personalized medicine
Professional experience: implicated as coordinator in national and international projects; author and co-author of several scientific publications indexed by Clarivate Analytics; published scientific book chapters; member of organizing committees for scientific events and reviewer for journals.
Technical skills and competences: performing leadership in designing, researching and editing scientific grants on the main topics: control of apoptosis by nitric oxide, factors/molecular targets of nitric oxide which govern its pro/ anti apoptotic action; chemoprevention, biologic activ substances; biomarkers in leukemia; new approaches for leukemia’s treatment .
