Our animal facility is built on individual ventilated cages (IVC) that are essential for maintaining immunodeficient/transgenic mice in an ideal environment, protected from microbial contamination. The animal facility also includes a biosafety cabinet and changing station, both of which are critical when working with immunodeficient animals.

Our mice portfolio includes: CD-1, Nude (Foxn1nu), NOD SCID (NOD.CB17-Prkdcscid/J) and NSG (NOD.Cg-Prkdcscid Il2rgtm1Wjl/SzJ) mice. We have extensive experience in developing animal models for various types of tumors such as glioblastoma, gastric and pancreatic cancer, as well as studying the engraftment of human hematopoietic stem cells or myeloid blasts post-transplant.

We are also specialized in developing new treatments for soft tissue defects in nude mice using cells-loaded scaffolds or various compounds.
